Uromi, which is the headquarters of Esan North East Local Government in Edo State is experiencing massive transformation in this Governor Godwin Obaseki led administration. Notable amongst these is the transformation of various public schools in the region, one of which is Eguare Primary School.

The Primary School was at the verge of collapsing. The buildings were dilapidated with some of the roofs blown away by heavy winds. Now, the students of the school are happy and find it safe to go to school daily. The roofs have been replaced with brand new ones. The School which was in a dilapidated and derelict state has witnessed massive renovation.

Two blocks of six (6) classrooms each have been renovated. Before now, there was apathy on the part of pupils attending classes and teachers teaching. But the morale of both pupils and teachers in the school has been boosted as teachers are now more delighted to teach and pupils more willing to learn. A bore-hole was also constructed for steady water supply for the pupils and teachers.
